Ok, so i run the 110m hurdles, and the 300m hurdles. i am trying to find some spikes for these events, and i dont mind buying a pair for each event, but i can't seem to find any place that lists spikes that would be exellent for use in these events. BTW, right now im using a pair of mango (bright pinkish orange) colored Nike MD Rival IV spikes, and i'll have to use them for my upcoming meet due to lack of time between now and the meet, but if anyone has any suggestions on spikes that would work really well here, i would really appreciate any help.

I like 2 use adidas demolishers for both hurdles as it also helps to keep me on the balls of my feet.
It really depends on what you are comfortable in, would advise that you stick 2 sprint spikes because they will tend to give u more drive than md spikes
