Hi all, im new in track and field.I started training 3 months ago. Im from Portugal, and now i will start to compete. Well, i do 60m, 100m and possibly 200m, i dont know. My coach says that im very explosive, seems nice Very Happy When im running i do very force on the ground, all of my train partners hear it and say " hey what do you have in your feets, you are like a tractor xD!" Every time i run on my toes, every time. Im about 1,81cm, 72kg. So yesterday i bought a sprint spike from a uk website, the Adidas Demolishers 2, I love them, and I think they are ideal for me.
Im running 40m in 5.08 seconds, the others distances I dont know very well, in how much time i run 60 0r 100? Just by estimative?
Well, have i made a good choice on that spikes? What kind of training is the best for me and my style?
