Hi,
I've just joined this site and looking forward to getting some help and advice.
I'm 27 years old and have never really done any running in my life. I have decided I really want to accomplish the marathon but in the future , at the moment its getting good fitness and slowely working up to that. I'm 5 '2 and about 9st 10.
I'm stuck on really what I should do to start, should I try with a mile a day and go from there?? Any help would really be appreciated xxx
Loui xx

The first thing is to increase your mileage. That will be one of the most important things you do. So if you are running 15 miles a week increase it to 25 miles a week. When you increase do not jump to 25 miles right away. Work your way up over time. After you increase your mileage and maintain than you can do the intervals.
