Shoes?

Im an 8th grader on the 400, 800, shotput, and discus. Right now i use Nike Noom Rival MD IV. Are these good for those events, or should i look into investing in a better pair?

well u dont need spikes for those throwing events. but i run the 400m and the 800m too. i switched to the nike zoom victory spikes. they're the lightest shoes out there weighing 3.6 oz. i went from running a 2:20 to a 2:08. thats more than 10 seconds. it feels like your running barefoot with spikes implanted on the bottoms of your feet. id invest in a pair if your looking to win

What brand of socks do you use when using spikes? I don't like running barefoot men.
