 Post subject: Nutrition / Balanced Diet

Hello all, havn't posted on here for a while, good to see the site is still running.

I'm seeking a little nutritional guidance here. I compete in High Jump and Triple Jump. I am a senior in HS and am trying to set myself up for a breakout year and I feel one factor that will play a role is my diet. I don't eat poorly but, there is definetly room for improvment in this area. I want to know what other fairly high level Jumpers (2.00m+ 14m+) diets look like, what to stay away from and what to subsitute in for unhealthy foods. Any input would be much appreciated
