Leave it to me to ask a question that gets people asking themselves, "What did he just say?"
When ever I exercise I sweat quite a bit, and when I run I can literally wring my clothes out and it looks like I had them soaking in a tub. My question is this: why do my clothes smell like ammonia when I take them off after a run? My other clothes are ok, when I lift it's ok (relatively speaking). No exotic materials and I wash and store the exact same way as my regular clothes, but only my running clothes do that.

I should add that I would not follow her advice about taking in carbs before runs - it does indeed discourage the use of fat as a primary fuel source (while it is true that carbs are always used to some degree).
