 Post subject: tips on weight loss

i'm only about 2-3 kgs overweight (And when i say overweight, i mean more than i want/need to be). i feel heavier and slower than i was, but i want to make sure im maintaining as much power as i can.

Im a TJ/LJer so weight/power ratio is the killer. Any advice except for the obvious "eat less, run more?"

In the last several weeks, I have lost some weight by really only changing one thing: No eating at night. I am a distance runner, and require tons of calories just to get through, but it turns out that I DON'T need an after-dinner snack as long as I've been fueling enough during the day. Satisfy yourself with dinner, then enjoy a great breakfast the next day.

STOP eating sugar. eat frequent eat fat eat protein seek out a certified clinical nutritionist(CCN) for fine tuning
