I heard that-
Bulky muscle= Speed
Lean muscle= Endurance
I was wondering which foods give lean and bulky muscle?

Food dosent give lean or bulky muscle, the type of training you do does. If you run long, then youll have leaner muscle. If you run shorter and hit the gym a lot as a sprinter, youll have bulkier muscle. Now, its good to take in some protein in both of these plans, but foods high in protein will help some. This includes your meats and dairy, predominantly. Many people also take protein shakes or bars for a little extra.
