 Post subject: rebuilding.

okay, so tomorrow i have two races. i have a 10k followed by a 5k. the 10k is at 8 and the 5k is at 10 so i have an like an an hour and someodd minutes. what should i eat after the 10k? and after the 5k to help start recovering from both races?
