 Post subject: Track & Field Runner

This is my first year on my high school track team. My coach wanted me to try the 400m & 800m, but I'm not a middle/long distance runner. So I told her next year, as long as I trained over the summer. I am looking for tips to help me get in shape for any race between 400 meters & 3200 meters. Also one of my coaches informed me that, when I run, I tend to run a little "bow legged", does anyone have any tips to fix this? Thanks much.
