I have been taking some new multivitamins for the last couple of weeks and I love them! They are called Athlete's Defense and they are a multivitamin that were created for the NFL and now are available to the public for the first time. They help to boost your immune system and cut down on fatigue and muscle soreness. I am surprised that I have been able to tell the difference already. I just found out that the nutrients in Athlete's Defense were tested by the military special forces in the Sierra mountains and that over 80% of them maintained a healthy immune system. This sounds great, i was beginning to loose hope, i am not in a very good shape. I think it will take a while until these multivitamins will earn credibility among clients, i myself am doubtful, need to see concrete results first.
