Hello! I am 17-and a half-year old girl. I train triple and long jump. I have training 6 times per week, usually for two hours. My nutrition is okay, I think (I eat 5 times per day, for breakfast usually some flakes or müslie with milk, than snack in school is some sandwich (with whole grain bread+cottage cheese+chicken fillet ham+some vegetable) and some apple, than second snack is some fruit again, than I go to training, after training is lunch, usually some non-fat meat+some pasta or rice or something like that+vegetable. And for dinner I eat some meat, tuna fish or cottage cheese and sometimes a little vegetable)... So nutrition is okay, as I know...
So, I think it is time to start taking supplements, because I have never tried them before. My plan is to buy whey proteins, maltodextrine, BCAA's and glutamine. While training I would drink BCAA's, after training I would mix whey proteins and maltodextrine and drink that. Glutamine I would take before I go to sleep. Except this supplements I already eat multivitamine tablets and C-vitamine.
So, do you think that my plan is good or bad? Is there any supplement missing? Or meybe I even don't need all of this supplements?
Thank you very much for help!
