Run more.
You obviously do other sports / activities besides running, but running a marathon on so few miles increases potential for injury. You bones, ligaments etc need time to adjust to the pounding.
I'm not sure what you are doing now for running, but general rule of thumb is to increase mileage a maximum of 10 percent per week. You will need one run per week which is longer than the others, increase until it gets up to 20 (if you have time - don't push to get to 20) but do not increase this run by more than a mile a week. The long run should be no more than 40 percent of your weekly mileage.
Run slow. Slower than you think you will need to. Running to fast will also lead to an increase in your chance for injury. Long run should be 1 - 2 minutes per mile than you want to run the marathon. Your other runs should also be slower. Only incorporate interval / speed work if you have an adequate base.
Good luck.
