I am a 19 yr old female and I am trying to find a good 4 or 5 month training program for my first marathon. I am already in what I think very good shape and I average about 62 miles a week right now. I also already do intervals and either hill training or AT runs weekly. I am running my first half marathon on saturday but after that I am really hoping to increase my mileage and speed. I have looked at some training programs online but they all seem way underdone with days off and not high enough mileage. I dont just want to finish it I want to actually do good, so if anyone has any tips or knows where I can find a good training schedule I would really appreciate it.

Guess it depends on what you want to do. If you are perfectly happy running half marathons and shorter, then don't run a marathon. You seem to have a good mileage base etc. so you could train for a marathon if you wanted to give it a try, however there's nothing wrong with never running one.
