Greetings. I am 35+, male with a height of 168cm and weighing 57kg. Been running regularly for a year now and clocked 120km this week with only single sessions daily. Although I have a middle distance background from younger days, I consider myself a marathon rookie having run 2 marathons at 18 and 20s, both cramping bad at 30km and 20km due to lack of mileage. The last 20 miler I did was surprising comfortable so I did one of my regular 15km runs the day after instead of resting. I WILL be completing my first marathon without cramps this October and should do a sub 4 hour easily in my opinion. Would it be too ambitious to aim for 3:30 or even 3:15? I hope to go under 3:00 by 2011 injury free. Thanks
