Hi ya all,
I would really like to get some advice on a good marathon training book. I've never ran a marathon before but I have ran recreationally for about 20 years. I'm 42 years old, a mother of three and also work full time, so I don't have a lot of time to devote to training. Any advice???

I know this was posted a while ago but here are some good references. And if you don't want to spend the money initially, you can always see if local library has them. These books have much more information than marathoning.com.
These are thre popular ones:
"Advanced Marathoning" by Pete Pzitzinger "Marathon" by Hal Higdon "The competitive Runners Handbook" by Glover
