I am relatively a beginner to track, so i'm just trying to feel my way around the sport. I plan on running the mile for track this season. I am in need of a pair of shoes, but I want to make sure i get something good. Is it better to get shoes with cleats or flat shoes? is there any recommendations anyone has for which pairs i should buy? Thanks for any help!
