We run a lot of our indoor meets at Rockland Community College, and I am in need of some sprinting flats. The surface is a very hard rubber / cement type of material, which is completely smooth. I have a nice aggressive pair of waffles, but I am afraid that they will not get much traction; does anyone have any suggestions on what to get?
