As above
1) How do you run with spiked running shoes? ( Never have )
2) Does a Nike sportswatch slow you down as you sprint if you where it whike the race?
3) Do soccer-pants (baggy) slow you down during a race as it's a drag? Or should I wear tight-fitting pants?

Run on the balls of your feet and your good to go, youll feel the motion when you use spikes and alot faster.
2) Does a Nike sportswatch slow you down as you sprint if you where it whike the race?
I think as you sprint your using so much muscle and such that a watch or a boton or like a necklace should never slow you down.
3) Do soccer-pants (baggy) slow you down during a race as it's a drag? Or should I wear tight-fitting pants?
Id go withshorts above your knees or at your knees with Underarmor underneath them.

Thanks a bunch- If you could answer a few more...
1) Are spiked shoes good for 200 and 800m?
2) If they are not good for 800, should I wear normal shoes?
I choose a Nike (Nikefit) shorts just above my knees

great for 200m, see 2nd question for 800m

I'd go normal shoes for a 800m but im also a sprinter and have achilies tendent problems but for distance theres many people i know who perfer like cross country spikes in high distance things, if you feel you can run in spikes for 800m and it will benefit you do so, but normal shoes will be ok for 800m also
I choose a Nike (Nikefit) shorts just above my knees
- good choice

Thanks
I'm going to the track later today to try out my new spiked shoes. I'm also bringing my watch to time myself later. I only have a pair of Reebok tennis shoes (DMX shear) to run 800m with. Thanks again and I will post my times up later

You would use different spikes for an 800m. Instead of using sprinting spikes, youd use middle distance or long distance spikes. I just used long distance spikes since i usually did the mile/2 mile and didnt want to buy middle distance ones.
