I'm doing 100m sprint hurdles, so should I use the spiked cleats meant for sprinting? Or are the spikes not good for hurdles. Please show me what a good shoe looks like.

Most sprinting spikes are designed for sprints and hurdles, and can be jumped in also. There are some asics spikes that specialize in the 200m and the hurdle events, they are called ASICS Turbo Phantom. My buddy used them for 110m, and 300m hurdles last year, and he liked them. But other than the turbo phantom, i don't know of another just-hurdle spike.
